These cover this website and the client portal. Project and managed-service work is governed by the agreement we sign with you, which takes precedence. Last updated 4 October 2026.

This website
The content here is for information. The prices we publish are real starting points, not an offer and not a quote. A quote comes in writing, with a scope and an exclusion line. Per-user bundle pricing excludes Microsoft licences, which are quoted separately.
We try to keep everything accurate and current. Where we describe what a Microsoft product does, Microsoft may change it without telling us.
The client portal
- Anyone can create an account, and there is no password: you sign in with a link we email to you, or with your Google account. We link an account to a client organisation only after checking, and only then can it see that organisation’s documents and tickets. Do not share your sign-in emails. If a colleague needs access, they create their own account and ask to be linked.
- You are responsible for what is done under your account. Tell us straight away if you think it has been compromised.
- Documents in your client portal belong to your organisation. We will export them for you on request, including if you leave.
- We log changes made through the portal: new accounts, documents added or deleted, ticket status changes and changes to who has access. Ask us for the entries that concern your organisation.
Support response targets
The targets we publish are for our first meaningful response, not for a resolution. They apply during the hours in your bundle unless your agreement says otherwise. The clock pauses while a ticket is waiting on your reply.
Intellectual property
The content and design of this site are ours. Configuration, documentation, runbooks and custom applications we build for you are yours once invoices are settled. We will not hold your own systems hostage.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability for work carried out is as set out in the signed agreement for that work. For use of this website alone, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
